The kitchen cabinet has matching edge bands, and after the edges are sealed, it can effectively prevent the moisture in the air from entering the inside of the board.
②Edge banding glue
The glue also has a solidification period. After a long time, it may crack when it encounters the moisture of the kitchen water. The edge-sealing glue for kitchen cabinets is made of imported PUR hot-melt glue. The glue itself does not contain aldehyde, and supplemented by its high cohesiveness, it can effectively prevent the release of free formaldehyde from the board. And because PUR hot melt adhesive is a moisture-reactive hot melt adhesive, it has irreversible curing, even in a humid environment, water will only make its adhesion stronger, and heating will not melt, so use it to seal The side panels are not easy to be deformed by moisture.
③Edge banding equipment
If the edge banding equipment is not good, the glue will be unevenly applied, and the adhesion will not be enough where the application is less, and the edge will be warped.
